AI Full-Stack Product Engineer (React/TypeScript) - Warsaw onsite

Project Description We are looking for a Senior Azure Cloud Engineer / Infrastructure Tech Lead to join a project focused on the development, maintenance, and optimization of a complex Microsoft Azure and IT infrastructure environment . The role combines hands-on Senior Azure Administration / Cloud Engineering responsibilities with Technical Lead ownership . You will be responsible not only for maintaining and developing the Azure environment, but also for designing solutions, making technical decisions, defining infrastructure standards, leading implementations, and supporting other engineers. The environment covers cloud infrastructure, networking, security, automation, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and the deployment and maintenance of third-party applications across Azure and on-premises environments. You will work closely with Security, Network, Development, and Data teams , as well as external technology vendors. Daily tasks: - Build and deliver end-to-end product features across frontend and backend. - Develop high-quality user-facing experiences using React and TypeScript. - Design and implement APIs, backend logic, and data flows. - Translate ambiguous product requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions. - Work closely with Product and Design to shape and deliver new features. - Take ownership of features from problem discovery through development, release, and production support. - Improve product usability, performance, reliability, accessibility, and overall UX. - Make sensible decisions around scope, architecture, and technical trade-offs. - Instrument and monitor features to understand their behavior in production. - Maintain high standards of code quality, testing, security, and maintainability. - Use AI development tools such as Codex, Claude Code, and AI agents as part of your daily engineering workflow. - Contribute to improving internal engineering tools, workflows, and development practices. Requirements Strong Mid/Senior-level experience building and shipping production web applications. Strong experience with React and TypeScript or an equivalent modern web stack. Solid backend development experience, including designing and implementing APIs, business logic, and data flows . Experience with Node.js, Python, or both is a strong advantage. Strong product mindset and ability to identify unnecessary complexity and improve user experiences. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions when requirements are incomplete or ambiguous. Experience taking ownership of features or product areas from concept to production. Good understanding of software architecture, testing, performance, and production quality . Security-conscious approach to software development, especially when working with sensitive data. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, and Design teams. Practical experience using AI tools as part of everyday software development . Willingness to work from the Warsaw office . Nice to Have Experience building AI-powered products , such as: AI chat interfaces AI search recommendation systems workflow automation AI agents / agentic systems Experience with Python and/or Node.js on the backend. Experience owning product areas with limited supervision. Strong knowledge of web performance and accessibility . Experience working with complex enterprise applications.
