WE ARE HIRING: Junior Sales Executive – Corporate Location: Colombo 05, Sri Lanka Employment Type: Full Time Industry: Food & Beverage Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Executive – Corporate to support corporate sales operations and maintain strong client relationships. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for corporate customers, assist with sales administration, coordinate client requirements, and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for corporate clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely responses. Assist in resolving client issues and coordinate with relevant departments to provide effective solutions. Manage invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure accurate financial records. Work closely with Sales Executives to support sales activities, including scheduling meetings and preparing documentation. Maintain client databases, prepare reports, and ensure smooth back-office operations. Provide ongoing support to corporate clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Candidate Profile Minimum of G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification or a Diploma. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively within a team environment. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and office management tools.
