Advanced Hardware Engineer - Black Boxes - m/f/d

Join Honeywell Aerospace’s Flight Recorders engineering team and help design, develop, and integrate complex avionics systems. As a member of the Flight Recorders engineering team , you will be part in an organization which is responsible for development of Flight Data Recorders (also known as Black Boxes ). We are looking for an Advanced Hardware Engineer to join our Aerospace Engineering team in Brno and help shape the next generation of flight recorder technology. What will your role look like? You will guide and oversee airborne system development while building rare, highly valued expertise in flight recorders, including cockpit voice recorders and flight data recorders. This is an opportunity to specialize in a distinctive area of aerospace engineering and contribute to technologies that have helped shape and improve air-traffic safety. In this position , you will deepen your technical expertise and collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, business teams, suppliers, customers, and other partners. Alongside your day-to-day technical responsibilities, you will be encouraged to challenge established approaches and develop new ideas that support the growth of our recorders business. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
