Business Analyst

Required skills: Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering & Documentation, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), Functional Testing, UAT, Stakeholder Management, Business Process Analysis, Conga / Apttus Business Analyst / Functional Consultant Location: Warsaw, Poland Work model: Hybrid, minimum 2 days per week from the office Rate: 140–160 PLN/h net + VAT (B2B) Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week About the project We are looking for a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to support an international organization in a project related to the Conga solution and functional gap analysis against Apttus. The consultant will work closely with business and IT teams, supporting functional testing and UAT, preparing documentation, and assisting with application support activities. We are looking for a proactive and self-driven person who can analyze business processes, document requirements, and effectively coordinate activities with different stakeholders. Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and prepare functional documentation. Analyze and compare Conga and Apttus functionalities, identify functional gaps, and assess their business impact. Prepare and execute functional tests, analyze defects, and validate business processes. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-user testing activities. Cooperate with business stakeholders and IT teams, including coordination of discussions and workshops. Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and knowledge base content in SharePoint. Handle application-related support tickets, investigate issues, and provide operational support. Take ownership of assigned activities and ensure timely delivery of tasks. Requirements Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant. Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements. Experience in functional analysis of business applications and identifying differences between solutions. Practical experience with functional testing, defect analysis, and business process validation. Experience supporting UAT activities. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience creating and maintaining user documentation and training materials. Good knowledge of SharePoint. Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently. Availability to work in a hybrid model from the Warsaw office, minimum 2 days per week. Willingness to undergo a background check before starting the assignment. Nice to have: Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes. Previous experience with Conga or Apttus solutions. We offer A project in an international environment.
