Technical Support Engineer – UK (IoT & Smart Security | Mandarin Speaking)

To empower local sales teams and deliver reliable pre-sales support for customer projects, our client is recruiting a Technical Support Engineer. You will design customized solutions, run product demonstrations, and produce professional technical documentation for IoT and security-related projects. Responsibilities Engage deeply with customers to identify business pain points and core project requirements; develop tailored technical solutions and quotations based on the product portfolio, respond to technical tender inquiries, and drive project closure. Deliver product presentations, technical demos, and on-site POC testing for customers, effectively articulating product features and solution value to build technical trust. Independently prepare project proposals, whitepapers, tender technical documents, and product configuration guides for both standardized and customized scenarios. Support full project sales cycles, proactively anticipating potential technical concerns from customers and providing professional technical justification to remove adoption barriers. Document customer requirements and real-world case studies to continuously optimize pre-sales solution templates and demo materials, empowering internal sales teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Electronics, Communication, or other STEM disciplines preferred. Prior experience in testing or technical support roles is a plus. Excellent communication, analytical, and summarization skills, along with a strong team-collaboration mindset. Bilingual capability with professional fluency in English and Chinese to handle technical coordination with global product teams.
