Its projects combine complex backend systems, databases, integrations and modern web technologies. The organization is currently expanding its engineering teams and looking for experienced technical leaders who can take ownership of both technology and delivery. About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who can combine strong Java development experience with technical leadership. You will work with complex enterprise systems, take part in architectural decisions, and help the team understand and improve existing solutions. The role involves close cooperation with developers, analysts and business stakeholders, as well as supporting the team in solving more complex technical issues. You should be comfortable working with existing systems rather than only building new products from scratch. Your responsibilities Leading technical development within a software engineering team Designing and reviewing application architecture and technical solutions Hands-on development in Java and Spring Working with enterprise systems, databases and integrations Supporting developers with technical decisions and troubleshooting Cooperating with analysts, business stakeholders and other technical teams Identifying technical risks and helping resolve escalations Taking part in code reviews and maintaining high engineering standards Requirements Several years of commercial experience with Java and Spring Experience in designing software architecture and enterprise applications Strong understanding of software development best practices Experience with SQL and relational databases, preferably Oracle Knowledge of Angular or similar frontend technologies Ability to quickly understand complex existing systems Experience in a technical leadership role or as a senior technical specialist Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders What we offer 19,000–21,000 PLN per month + bonus Employment based on UoP or B2B 100% remote work Opportunity to work on large-scale, business-critical systems Technically challenging projects and long-term cooperation Collaboration with experienced technical and business teams
