Задачи: Act as the dedicated technical contact for 2–3 customers; Conduct operational meetings, coordinate roadmaps with customer architects, and align independently with service managers; Identify automation opportunities in customer environments and turn them into solutions using AI agents and AI coding; Implement developed tooling and automation during approximately four-week implementation sprints; Handle tickets, changes, and problems within SLA; Contribute to solutions for critical, non-standard incidents and clearly communicate status and resolution to customers. Требования: 5–10 Years of demonstrable experience, with a significant part as an Engineer in a Microsoft MSP environment; Primary expertise in either Azure or Modern Workplace; Strong PowerShell scripting skills; Critical automation mindset and preference for scripts over manual work; Strong communication skills and confidence in customer-facing work; Ability to work independently with customer architects and service managers; Nice to have: All-round expertise, knowledge of Python and/or C#.
