Good hiring starts long before the first message to a candidate, and we need a recruiter who understands that. You'll join the team at a stage where speed and results matter. Each new role starts with you: you'll dig into what the team actually needs, find people who fit, and bring them through a process built together with our engineers. Targets and KPIs are part of the job, and so is improving how we hire. If you like seeing the direct impact of your work on the team's growth, this role is for you. What you'll do: Launch hiring for new roles: align with department leaders on what they need and turn it into a clear pipeline Search for and engage candidates on LinkedIn and Djinni based on agreed role profiles Partner with engineers to create technical assessments and organize their involvement in the hiring process Track pipeline metrics, spot where candidates drop off or processes slow down, and fix it Turn what works into repeatable hiring practices the team can rely on for future roles What background fits this role: Hands-on sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Djinni Solid understanding of what makes a strong JavaScript (React, React Native, Node.js) or Automation QA candidate Outreach writing skills in English: your first message gets replies, not silence Experience working with hiring managers to define requirements and build the hiring process from scratch Motivation to work toward clear targets and measurable outcomes Nice to have: Experience using the company's social media to build candidate trust and employer presence Ability to research the job market, estimate role budgets, and choose the channels that bring the best results What we offer: Competitive compensation with quarterly bonuses and performance-based reviews Fully remote work with well-established processes Close collaboration with the engineering team in the hiring process Space and support for professional growth Paid vacation (15 business days / 21 calendar days) and sick leave Monthly psychologist support coverage English speaking clubs Weekly online team activities Modern tools and work environment
