Sales Manager Freight Forwarder (Air & Sea)

Position: Sales Manager Freight Forwarder (Air & Sea) Location: Khlong Toei, Bangkok Salary: Up to 150,000 THB/Month Working day: Mon-Fri (8:00-17:00) Job Description: Business Development: Expand air and sea freight services both domestically and internationally by identifying new clients in the freight and supply chain industries. Logistics Solutions: Deliver customized logistics solutions, including air and sea freight services tailored to client needs. Sales Target Achievement: Monitor performance to meet or exceed sales targets; analyze market trends to support sales strategies. Tendering and Quotations: Oversee the bidding process; create competitive proposals and pricing strategies. Company Representation: Represent the company at trade shows and networking events; build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Multi-path Bidding: Coordinate with sales teams for local and global business bidding opportunities. Communication: Communicate effectively with Thai and international clients; provide prompt service and handle customer inquiries. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in air freight forwarding sales Strong management skills with the ability to address customer and operational challenges Proficient in English; additional language skills in Korean, Japanese, or Chinese are an advantage Highly self-motivated with a proactive mindset toward business development Experienced in tendering, quotation analysis, and pricing strategy development Proven track record in new business development and client acquisition, consistentlyclosing high-value deals (10M+ THB/month) Excellent negotiation, strategic planning, and project management abilities Thorough knowledge of customs regulations and international trade compliance To Apply Please submit your resume to email: kamonluck.s@keystone.co.th
