EMI Test Lead Engineering Technician

As an EMI Test Lead Engineering Technician here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a vital role in supporting our Aerospace business unit in Minneapolis, MN. You will be a part of a team of technicians and provide technical expertise to ensure the smooth operation of engineering processes and systems within the aerospace domain. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location in-person. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct environmental testing using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, amplifiers, according to DO-160 and MIL-STD-461, on aerospace products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve aerospace engineering processes and systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain high quality and efficiency in engineering operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices within the team. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality test results aligned with project goals and aerospace industry standards.
