AI Workflow Engineer
Salary: £60,000 per annum, plus company benefits
Location: Remote
Contract: Full Time 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am until 5:30pm with 1 hours unpaid lunch break

Purpose of role

Key responsibilities
Build and deploy AI workflows and skills using AIVA
Design prompts, tool integrations, workflows and evaluation frameworks
Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases and enterprise systems
Build guardrails, exception handling and HITL patterns
Rapidly build, test, demonstrate and refine solutions with clients
Collaborate with Technical Leads, BAs, Integration Engineers and Operations SMEs
Personal attributes
3+ years in software engineering, AI/ML or automation platforms
Strong knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks and AI orchestration
Experience building production-quality AI applications and integrations
Knowledge of evaluation, observability and guardrails
Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
