Описание: Sweed is a product-driven startup building an all-in-one retail technology platform that connects POS, eCommerce, Marketing, Analytics, and Inventory Management to simplify retail operations and improve customer experiences. Задачи: Design eCommerce web and app experiences; Design POS and checkout experiences; Design self-order kiosks; Design customer-facing screens; Design in-store digital experiences; Design analytics and operational tools; Improve complex user flows, information architecture, legacy products, and new features; Use research, product data, and AI to support design decisions; Turn ideas into clickable prototypes and working products. Требования: 5+ Years of Product Design experience; Strong portfolio with complex eCommerce or customer-facing products; Strong UX and Information Architecture skills; Experience with research, interviews, and surveys; Experience with Figma, responsive design, and design systems; AI-fluent approach to the design process; Basic HTML/CSS skills; Strong communication and collaboration skills; Upper-Intermediate+ English; Comfortable working independently in an ambiguous environment; Nice to have: experience with eCommerce, Fintech, analytics platforms, or AI-driven products.
