Описание: Saxum provides interim UX and Product Design services, placing designers within client organizations to work on digital products, user experiences, and scalable design systems. Задачи: Examine the underlying question behind a request and adjust the direction where necessary; Gather input from users and stakeholders and translate it into thoughtful UX solutions; Work end-to-end across the UX process, from customer journeys and flows to wireframes and design systems; Collaborate effectively with different stakeholders and substantiate design decisions; Actively contribute to the quality of the team beyond individual designs. Требования: 4–7 Years of experience as a UX Designer working on digital products beyond static pages; Relevant completed higher professional education with research training; T-shaped profile with one deep specialization and familiarity with the full UX process, from customer journeys and user flows to wireframes and design systems; Strong ability to gather the right input and translate it into thoughtful solutions; Clear communication and ability to work with different types of stakeholders; Proactive and independent, with the judgment to align or ask for help when needed; Portfolio showing what was created, how it was developed, and why; Excellent Dutch and fluent English.
