Business Analyst

Required skills: Analiza Biznesowa, Jira, Confluence, Figma Key responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements, working directly with stakeholders to understand their needs and expected outcomes. Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team. Cooperate with developers to discuss technical feasibility, scope, dependencies and estimated effort. Create and maintain project documentation and process descriptions, mainly using Confluence. Support developers during implementation by clarifying requirements and resolving business-related questions. Help evaluate proposed solutions, taking into account technical limitations, GDPR/RODO and system capabilities. Model and visualize processes or functionalities using tools such as Figma and other suitable solutions. What we’re looking for: 3–4+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with preference for candidates with around 5–6 years of experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively connect business stakeholders with development teams. Practical experience in gathering, analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements. Good understanding of software development processes and experience working with development teams. Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence; familiarity with Figma is a plus. Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments. Strong analytical and organizational skills, combined with a proactive and collaborative approach. Willingness to work from the office in Olsztyn in a hybrid model, initially around 3 days per week.
