Client is a dynamic, fast-paced global platform dedicated to reimagining the movement of people and goods in real time. Driven by a relentless mission to facilitate transport, delivery, and flexible earning opportunities, the company has evolved from a ride-hailing service into a comprehensive ecosystem that handles everything from everyday mobility to multi-ton freight, meals, and essential medical supplies. Our expectations of the ideal candidate: Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; a Master’s degree or certification (e.g., in Data Science or
Business Analytics) is a plus but not required.
Experience: 2–4 years as a Data Analyst or equivalent, with a demonstrated track record of independently
owning reporting and analysis workflows end-to-end.
Technical Skills: Strong SQL (CTEs, complex joins, basic query-performance awareness); Python with Pandas and
basic plotting libraries (Matplotlib/Seaborn); proficient in at least one BI tool used for production dashboards
(Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
Domain/Statistics: Understanding of hypothesis testing and basic A/B test design; able to interpret and
communicate statistical results to non-technical stakeholders.
Other: Track record of proactively identifying and proposing data-driven process improvements; comfortable
operating with minimal oversight.
AI Literacy & Enablement
AI-driven reporting workflows: independently integrates AI tools into end-to-end reporting workflows — from
data extraction (AI-assisted SQL) to insight narrative (AI-generated summaries) to stakeholder communication.
Advanced prompt engineering: writes complex, multi-step prompts for data transformation, statistical
interpretation, and automated commentary generation; iterates prompts to improve output quality.
Scalable AI automation: uses Python-based AI libraries (e.g. OpenAI API, LangChain basics) or no-code AI tools to
automate repetitive analytical tasks such as report generation or data cleaning.
AI for cross-functional collaboration: uses AI translation tools to simplify technical findings for non-technical
stakeholders; accelerates documentation and slide creation.
Mentoring on AI tools: guides junior analysts on effective and responsible AI tool usage within the team.
AI output governance: applies a structured review process for AI-generated outputs — checks logic, validates
against ground truth, and documents AI tool usage per team standards.
Awareness of emerging AI use cases: stays current on AI developments in the analytics/BI space (e.g. AI agents
for data analysis, GenAI in BI platforms)
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
