Founding Recruiter

You will own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, recruiting, coordination, and closing. You will shape the hiring process and candidate experience from initial outreach through offer, coordinate interviews, and maintain fast feedback loops. You will develop sourcing strategies, build teams across functions, track recruiting metrics, and contribute to talent planning.
