We’re looking for a Junior Backend Developer with at least 1 year of commercial experience , who may not know everything yet, but is hungry to learn , open to challenges , and genuinely enjoys writing code that works and scales. 💬 Sounds like you? You don’t need to be an expert. We’ll teach you the rest — as long as you bring passion, curiosity, and the drive to grow. Daily tasks: - Build and maintain backend components in Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask). - Collaborate with experienced developers and PMs on production-ready features. - Work with databases (Supabase, PostgreSQL) and modern tools like Docker. - Experiment with AI-powered tools and automation to improve development flow. - Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing, and R&D mini-projects. 1+ year of commercial experience in backend development. Work with databases ( Supabase , PostgreSQL) and modern tools like Docker . Solid understanding of Python fundamentals (OOP, REST APIs, Git). Curiosity for learning new stacks — e.g. Ruby on Rails , TypeScript , or AI integrations . A love for side projects, hackathons , or student club initiatives . Problem-solving attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to explore how things work. Communicative English (written and spoken).
