Business Analyst

We are hiring a Business Analyst to contribute to international software development projects and deliver digital solutions for global enterprise clients. Our customer is a pre-IPO software development company providing a full cycle of services. The diverse expertise extends across FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, Media & Entertainment, Logistics, Travel & Hospitality, eCommerce, and more. Responsibilities: Developing pre-sale content such as presentations, white papers, and success stories focusing on substance and messaging (visual design handled by a dedicated team). Conducting thorough market and company-specific research to identify challenges and opportunities relevant to potential clients. Translating research outcomes into well-structured, professional documents and presentation materials. Occasionally presenting pre-sales materials directly to clients, particularly at the C-level, effectively communicating complex insights and value propositions. Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment of messaging and solution positioning. Must-haves: Experience in Business Analysis for 4+ years. Experience in presales activities. Strong understanding of the presales process and preparation. Experience in preparing expert content, overview materials, presentations, and analytical reports. Ability to clearly structure complex information. Ability to articulate the value of a solution from the customer’s perspective. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new industries and subject areas. Experience with BPMN and UML. Level of English - from Upper-Intermediate+ and above. Nice-to-haves: Experience in documenting completed projects. Experience collaborating with commercial teams. Experience working across multiple industries and handling different types of requests. International professional certificates (PSPO, PSM, etc.).
