Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews).
Remove impediments and foster a collaborative team environment.
Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and continuous improvement.
Work with Product Owners to refine backlogs and prioritize deliverables.
Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown charts) to stakeholders.
Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and innovation.
Must-Have:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in tech-driven environments.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Strong conflict-resolution and servant-leadership skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
Background in software development or IT projects.
Familiarity with scaling frameworks (LeSS, Nexus).
