The TMG Development program is a 12-month program for new college graduates in the TMG organization. We are seeking an energetic and process-driven Product Engineer to own the product engineering launch cycle for our next-generation New Product Development (NPD) portfolio. In this role, you will transition silicon from initial tape-out to high-volume manufacturing. You will be well-versed in navigating complex validation workflows and will take full ownership of the critical execution gates required to deliver robust ESD, TVS, and surge protection devices on schedule. Product engineers have the following responsibilities: • NPD Pre-Launch Execution: Act as the primary PE anchor during the pre-silicon and post-silicon development phases, managing checkout plans, test vehicle preparation, and risk assessment checklists. • SWR & Sample Buildup Optimization: Author and execute complex, high-volume Special Work Requests (SWRs) to build up crucial sample inventories for internal characterization, customer evaluation, and qualification reliability testing. • Silicon Validation & Characterization: Drive silicon validation activities by compiling, filtering, and evaluating massive data sets to establish device characterization reports across varying voltage and temperature corners. • NPD Launch Timeline Tracking: Partner tightly with Project Managers (PMs) to monitor critical manufacturing milestones (Wafer Fab, Assembly, Final Test), proactively flagging bottlenecks to maintain 100% on-time product releases. • Yield & Capability Assessment: Perform initial yield analysis, design-of-experiments (DOE), and Gage R&R studies on early lots to establish robust production test limits and maximize mature manufacturing yields.
