Задачи: Coordinate end-to-end delivery of product initiatives across the stream; Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery planning; Track delivery progress, timelines, risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies; Ensure clear initiative ownership and cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, QA, Design, Data, and business stakeholders; Maintain delivery transparency using Jira, dashboards, and status reporting; Continuously improve delivery processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and optimize team workflows; Coordinate cross-stream initiatives and dependencies with the Integration Stream Project Manager; Ensure delivery continuity during planned absences through structured handovers and backup processes; Support Product Managers in backlog prioritization and task structuring; Maintain project documentation in Confluence and enforce consistent delivery standards; Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineering, QA, UI/UX Designers, Data teams, and the Integration Stream Project Manager. Требования: 3+ Years of PM/Delivery Management experience in product software companies, preferably FinTech, Payments, or SaaS; Proven track record in cross-functional coordination, managing multiple concurrent initiatives, and resolving cross-team dependencies; Hands-on proficiency with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and delivery metrics including Lead/Cycle Time, Throughput, and Predictability; Focus on process optimization, bottleneck reduction, predictable on-time delivery, and clear transparent reporting; Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced environments; B2+ English proficiency; Nice to have: experience with Metabase.
