Responsibilities Lead, motivate & manage the performance of the Document Production Team responsible for automation, review, systems, workflow & integrations of the full document lifecycle Deliver a professional, business focused and high performing application and support service. Continuous professional development to enhance skills and promote cross-skilling to meet and support the business demand. Development and implementation of application strategy for Document Management & Production. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Experience An experienced Legal Technologist or Systems Manager with Document Management lifecycle experience in Legal or wider Professional Services Sector; Project management, preferable in automation / workflow Technical leadership on projects and BAU activities Ensure that legal technology solutions continue to meet business needs and they remain supportable Excellent understanding of Legal Technology market, trends & toolkit.
