Daily tasks: - Design and build backend services in Go - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality solutions - Participate in architecture and technical design discussions - Review code and support engineering best practices Must-haves 4+ years of professional experience building Go services Knowledge of idiomatic Go and its ecosystem Strong domain modeling and API design skills Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles Solid knowledge of SQL and efficient schema design Strong communication skills and ability to work in distributed teams Good command of English and Polish Pragmatism, e.g.: willingness to adapt to team’s standards at first; result orientation without sacrificing quality Ability to write code that contributes to correct, scalable, reliable, and performant systems Good knowledge of automated tests and writing testable code Be open to feedback from more experienced peers Nice to have Willingness to use LLMs in daily development Exposure to or interest in cryptography Exposure to or interest in infrastructure and DevOps practices Must have: Golang Nice to have: SQL
