Scrum Master

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master to join our growing Technology team, supporting two of our General Insurance development squads based in Hyderabad. You will work across a combination of new development, maintenance, and support - spanning the full product lifecycle from concept and system design through to live deployment in the cloud. The two squads you will support are drawn from: • COA – Claims Outcome Adviser • IVI – Intelligent Vehicle Inspection • AIS – Automated Insurance Solutions • Property UK As Scrum Master, your primary role is to protect your squads and keep them focused. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, coach teams on Scrum values and practices, and work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to keep backlogs healthy and delivery on track. These squads are building innovative SaaS products for the insurance industry — used by insurers, suppliers, and regulators across the UK.
