Motion Designer

We're looking for a Motion Designer to join our design team and take ownership of motion and video content for an iGaming/casino product: slot and bonus promos, social media clips, short ad videos, and animation of key visuals. When there's less motion work on your plate, you'll jump into static graphics — banners, SMM creatives, and adaptations for different formats and GEOs.This is a fast-paced, high-volume role: lots of short, quick tasks rather than weeks spent polishing a single video. What you'll be doing: Motion and video for slot and bonus promos, SMM clips, short ad videos Animation of key visuals Static graphics when motion doesn't fill a full day: promo banners, SMM creatives, adaptations for different formats and GEOs What matters to us: 2+ years of commercial motion design experience (After Effects as your main tool) A portfolio with proven iGaming/casino experience is a must: slot promos, bonuses, banners, short videos Hands-on experience using AI in your workflow Middle-level After Effects skills: compositing, easing, precomp, basic expressions, working knowledge of plugins Premiere: video assembly, cutting for different formats, basic sound/subtitles Photoshop + Figma: static design, preparing layers for animation, working with the team's layouts Solid understanding of composition, color, typography, and frame rhythm AI tools: generation/variations/upscaling plus manual refinement of the result Technical tools Adobe After EffectsAdobe Photoshop + Figma Premiere Pro or CapCut AI tools: Kling, Seedance, or alternatives 🌟 Nice to have: Graphic design skills — the ability to work with static graphics (website banners, SMM creatives, promo materials) and pick up these tasks during downtime or when motion work isn't filling your full workload What We Offer: 24 days of vacation + days off Remote-first — work from anywhere in the world Support for your learning and professional development through external courses and educational activities (conferences, webinars, etc.) Benefits cafeteria: a flexible budget you can spend on sports activities, English language courses, and more No test assignment — we assess your experience through a live conversation Probationary period: 3 months, with clear and straightforward expectations from day one Hiring Process: Transparent and streamlined selection process: screening call (~40 min) → technical interview (50 min) → job offer If you have experience in iGaming/casino motion design, work confidently in After Effects, aren't fazed by a fast pace and a high volume of tasks, and AI is already part of your workflow — we'd love to see your portfolio!
