Agile Program Manager

Join us as an Agile Program Manager in Tech & Data Foundation at Ringier Axel Springer Polska. We build and develop shared technology, cloud, data and AI platforms used across our organization and by international partners and clients. Our portfolio includes complex transformation and optimization initiatives, platform implementations and collaboration across RASP, Ringier and Axel Springer. Daily tasks: - Own selected cross-functional initiatives from defining the problem and expected outcome through delivery, adoption and benefit tracking - Turn priorities into clear plans, milestones, ownership, dependencies and next steps - Build effective cooperation between product, engineering, data and business teams, as well as international partners and external suppliers - Identify blockers and risks, resolve them proactively or escalate them with proposed options - Prepare clear status updates, presentations, analyses, business cases and decision materials - Maintain the operational and financial overview of initiatives, including actions, decisions, expected benefits and CAPEX/OPEX tracking - Apply Agile and program management practices pragmatically, selecting the approach appropriate to the problem Must-have skills: Proven experience in coordinating technology, data or digital initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders Strong ownership and the ability to move topics forward without waiting for detailed instructions Demonstrated ability to influence and build alignment without relying on formal authority Good organizational, analytical and prioritization skills Ability to create clear presentations and turn information into practical recommendations Confidence in working with numbers and project financial information Strong communication and relationship-building skills Fluency in Polish and English Additional assets: Experience working with international partners or external suppliers Understanding of IT product development, cloud, data, AI or MarTech solutions Experience with business cases, budgets or investment proposals Working knowledge of Jira and relevant Agile or project management practices Relevant certifications, such as PMP, AgilePM, PSM, CSM or SAFe Must have: strong ownership, Analytical skills, Communication skills, English Nice to have: Jira, PMP Certificate, SAFe
