This role focuses on driving export growth, building strong global partnerships, and delivering sustainable revenue in a competitive manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute international sales strategies to drive export growth Identify and penetrate new international markets and distribution channels Build and maintain strong relationships with global buyers and partners Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and long-term agreements Collaborate with production, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure supply consistency Explore opportunities for value-added and customized product offerings Monitor global market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand Achieve revenue, profitability, and volume targets Represent the organization at international trade fairs and business meetings Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, International Trade, Agriculture, or a related field MBA or postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage Minimum 5+ years of experience in international sales or export markets Experience in manufacturing, agri-commodities, or export-driven industries will be an added advantage Skills & Competencies Strong international business development and export sales expertise Excellent negotiation and contract management skills Strong understanding of global markets and customer dynamics Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams Excellent communication and relationship management skills Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities Willingness to travel internationally for business development Ready to take your career to new heights?
