Senior BS Engineer

Company Sector: Main Contractor Reward Condition: Probation Pass Referrer Award: HKD 10,000 OR Applicant Award: HKD 4,000 Job Responsibilities: Project management and contract administration of building services installation for building construction projects Manage and supervise a team of building services engineers and sub-contractors on site for execution of building services installation Supervise and monitor site activities, including progress, cost control, installation workmanship Technical support to tendering, subletting and purchasing Coordinate with clients, architect, consultant, sub-contractors, utilities undertakers, government departments Coordination and production of CSD, CBWD, CRCP Job Requirement: Bachelor Degree or above in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent academic qualification Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in building services engineering in construction industry, within which at least 3 years should be in senior level in a project team Good knowledge in technical and project management of building services and building construction Experience in contract administration and coordination of CSD,CBWD, CRCP and BIM Good communication skills with proactive and positive attitude
