Senior Systems Analyst - MNC Background

Responsibilities Manage end-to-end finance systems projects, including project planning, timeline management, feasibility studies, user requirements gathering, UAT coordination, and delivery of training and documentation. Support Finance systems and process enhancement initiatives, including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality solution development, maintenance, and support services efficiently and effectively. Understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements; participate in the development and delivery of IT solutions that align with business objectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, system development, and implementation. Candidates with less experience will be considered for a System Analyst role. Hands-on experience implementing finance-related projects, such as accounting and budgeting processes, and financial reporting. Experience working with external vendors and business stakeholders/users. Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel (including formulas). Experience supporting implementation activities and executing enhancement projects. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable outcomes. Demonstrated project management, interpersonal, and (where applicable) team leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication skills; proficient in English, and Chinese/Mandarin.
