IAM Integration Engineer (One Identity) (B2B)

Required skills: IAM, One Identity, integration Responsibilities Technical analysis of connection requirements across the relevant integration scenarios and determination what is needed to establish workable integrations into One Identity. Analysis based on existing know-how in One Identity and/or the relevant target systems. Defining mappings, interface logic, and connection design , and documenting the technical requirements needed for implementation in a form that can be used directly by delivery teams. Work in a detailed and implementation-oriented way across relevant target systems . The main systems in scope are SAP, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, host systems, and RACF . Qualifications Degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Business Administration , or a comparable mix of education and practical experience. Strong knowledge of One Identity or of one or more relevant target systems: SAP, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, host systems, and RACF . Technical analysis of integrations and connection scenarios, including the ability to assess what is required for implementation. Requirements writing capability , with the ability to document technical requirements clearly and usefully. Ability to define mappings , interface logic , and connection design as part of the integration analysis effort. IAM / IGA integration experience , ideally in environments where enterprise-grade system connections must be specified in practical detail. Fluent English and Polish skills . Openness to regular visits to the Katowice office ( 1-2 times a week ). Nice to have: Experience in insurance sector or similar area with strong regulations.
