Задачи: Take full ownership of client delivery projects from planning through go-live; Manage client projects end-to-end; Plan timelines, scope, dependencies, risks, and changing priorities; Track project budgets, hours consumption, and other delivery indicators; Manage clients and stakeholders; Make independent decisions and maintain ownership of project delivery. Требования: 4+ Years of experience in Project Management or Delivery Management; Proven experience managing client projects end-to-end; Strong project planning skills; Experience tracking project budgets, hours consumption, or other delivery indicators; Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills; High level of ownership and independence in decision-making; English B2+; Nice to have: experience in ERP, CRM, IT consulting, software implementation, or system integration; experience working in a start-up or scaling company; experience managing several projects in parallel; experience with Odoo or another ERP platform; good understanding of project economics and profitability in a service-based company.
