Business Development Manager
Описание от работодателя
FinSet connects high-risk merchants with the payment and banking infrastructure they often struggle to access on their own. We work with prop trading firms, forex and CFD brokers, iGaming operators, and other high-risk businesses, matching them with the right acquirers, PSPs, and banking partners, and handling the operational work behind onboarding, compliance, corporate structuring, and licensing. We're not introducers who make an introduction and step away. We're hands-on operators who stay involved from the first conversation through onboarding and live processing.
We're hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to turn qualified opportunities into signed, live merchants. You'll take over from our SDRs once a lead is qualified, run the commercial conversation from discovery to close, and build long-term relationships with our merchants and with the referral partners who send business our way. This is a fully remote role, with a preference for candidates based in Dubai.
Tasks
Run discovery calls with qualified merchants to understand their volumes, markets, traffic mix, licensing, and current payment setup
Scope the right solution for each merchant together with our team, across payments, banking, licensing, and entity structure
Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close deals
Coordinate a smooth handover to onboarding and stay involved until the merchant is live and processing
Manage and grow existing merchant accounts, identifying opportunities for additional markets and services
Grow our referral partner network by recruiting introducers, affiliates, consultants, and other businesses that can send us qualified merchants
Nurture existing referral partners, keep them updated on the leads they send, and keep deal flow consistent
Coach our SDRs on qualification and give feedback on lead quality
Represent FinSet at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
Keep the CRM and pipeline forecast accurate and report regularly to the partners
Requirements
4+ years in B2B sales or business development in payments, fintech, brokerage, prop trading, or iGaming
A proven track record of closing deals and owning a revenue target
Strong working knowledge of card acquiring and alternative payment methods — MDR pricing, chargebacks, rolling reserves, settlement terms, trusted vs FTD traffic, and merchant onboarding requirements
An existing network of high-risk merchants, introducers, or affiliates is a strong advantage
Experience building or managing a referral or partner programme
Confident negotiator who can hold margin and structure deals that work for all parties
Excellent written and spoken English, with the presence to lead conversations with founders and C-level decision-makers
Organised and self-directed, able to manage multiple deals and partner relationships at once
Willingness to travel to industry events
Based in Dubai (preferred) or anywhere within UTC+2 to UTC+6, able to work Gulf Standard Time business hours
• Additional languages are a plus Benefits
Competitive base salary plus commission on the deals you close
Fully remote, with a preference for Dubai
Work directly with the partners, with real influence over how we sell and grow
Our SDRs bring qualified meetings to you, so your time goes into closing
A full service offering to sell — payments, banking, licensing, and entity setup — giving you more ways to win and grow each account
Travel to major industry events and conferences
Room to grow into a leadership role as the sales team expands
If you know high-risk payments, have the relationships to prove it, and want to close deals with a team that does the work end to end, we'd like to hear from you.
