Lead Data Architect Location: Warsaw, hybrid Contract Type: Permanent (umowa o pracę na czas nieokreślony) Salary: 25000-32000zł gross/month What you’ll do: Define enterprise data architecture and technology strategy for Product Supply Design scalable Azure-based data platforms supporting analytics and AI Lead architectural decisions and work with senior business and technology stakeholders Guide and mentor data and engineering teams Drive strategic Data & AI transformation initiatives Evaluate new technologies and ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and data quality standards If you’re a strategic Data Architect who can connect enterprise data, Product Supply, Azure, and AI, let’s connect. What you bring: Strong experience as a Lead / Principal Data Architect in enterprise environments Deep knowledge of data modelling, integration, warehousing, and modern data platforms Hands-on Azure experience, especially Databricks and Data Factory Strong understanding of Product Supply / Supply Chain / Manufacturing / FMCG / CPG Experience leading technical teams and architecture initiatives Practical knowledge of GenAI, RAG, ML, or AI-enabled solutions Fluent English Nice to know: Azure AI/ML, AI Foundry, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI or SAP BW MLOps, Knowledge Graphs, containers, or Agentic AI Strong application architecture knowledge alongside data architecture Must have: AI, Security, Data modelling, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, BI, SAP BW
